Our RypStick Training Protocols are free for anyone to use.
Our founder, Dr. Luke Benoit has heavily researched these training protocols. These protocols have helped thousands of golfers, including many tour professionals, increase their distance. These protocols are designed for average golfers without major swing flaws in average shape physically. If you have swing flaws you want to correct please check out our SWING FIX protocols before accessing the protocols below. For optimal results please follow along with our protocols below:
STEP 1: WARMUP
STEP 2: LEVEL 1 TRAINING PROTOCOL
Please perform the Level 1 Training Protocol 3 days per week with 1 full rest day between sessions. You should do this for 4 weeks before moving onto Level 2. We recommend everyone starts at Level 1. Skipping protocols will will limit how much distance you gain. Like most things in life and golf sticking to the plan is key!
