The Intake Session is the starting point for all mental performance coaching with Coach Yannick. In this 90 minute session, you will map out your mental game, identify what holds you back under pressure, and build a clear plan for future sessions.
Important: You must complete the Intake Session before booking follow up sessions or packages.

Whether you are struggling to close out rounds, rebound from mistakes, or trust your game when it matters, this is where you train the mindset behind great golf.
Yannick combines real tournament experience with mental strategies based in ACT, CBT, and sport psychology. These sessions are not about “thinking positive”, they are about performing with confidence and purpose in real golf situations.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Format: Online and or in person, depending on availability
During your Intake Session, you will:
Complete a structured mental game assessment
Build a performance profile that highlights both strengths and weaknesses
Set clear performance and process goals for your season
Identify key mental skills to focus on in future sessions
Create an initial training plan that connects practice, tournament play, and mental tools
If you decide not to continue coaching, simply notify Coach Yannick within 3 business days after your Intake Session. In that case, the 200 dollar intake fee will be waived.
If you choose to continue with coaching after those 3 days, the intake fee will be applied and you can begin booking follow up sessions or a multi session package.
