The Follow Up Session is designed for players who have already completed an Intake Session with Coach Yannick and want targeted support for a specific mental challenge or upcoming event.
Important: Follow Up Sessions are available only after you have completed the Intake Session.
This 60 minute session helps you:
Reconnect with the goals and insights from your Intake Session
Review what has been working and what still feels stuck
Apply or adjust the mental tools you have been practicing
Prepare mentally for upcoming tournaments or key rounds
It is ideal for players who want focused help between events or during specific stretches of the season.
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Online and or in person, depending on availability
In a typical Follow Up Session, you will:
Review your recent rounds, patterns, and key situations
Handling frustration after a double bogey
Trusting your swing on tight tee shots
Staying engaged when scores are not where you want them
Break down one or two specific mental challenges, such as:
Refresh or adapt mental tools introduced in earlier sessions
Leave with simple, practical action steps for practice and play
Follow Up Sessions are a great fit when:
You have an important tournament coming up
You want to check in and stay accountable to your plan
You feel stuck on one specific part of your mental game
You want help adjusting routines mid season
If you know you want consistent, long term support, consider upgrading to a multi session package for discounted hourly rates.
The same core philosophy applies in every session with Yannick. Mental performance is a skill you can train. Follow Up Sessions help you repeat the right habits until they become your new default under pressure.
