The Multi Session Package is designed for players who have completed an Intake Session and are ready to develop consistency, confidence, and resilience over time. Choose between a 5 session package or a 9 session package, depending on your goals, schedule, and competitive season.
This package gives you the structure needed to make lasting improvements in your mental game and see changes on the course that stick.
Real progress in the mental game doesn’t come from one session. It comes from:
having support across multiple weeks
learning tools and actually applying them in practice and tournaments
reviewing what worked, what didn’t, and adjusting the plan
building habits that hold up under pressure
Both packages (5 session and 9 session) allow you to build momentum, stay accountable, and refine your mental approach throughout your season.
Session Length: 60 minutes each
Format: Online and or in person
Package Options:
5 Session Consistency Package
9 Session Peak Performance Package
Across your sessions, you and Coach Yannick will:
Strengthen your mental routines for tee shots, approach shots, and putting
Build a reliable reset routine to bounce back after mistakes
Develop confidence and composure under pressure
Manage nerves in tournament settings
Create mental strategies for preparing, competing, and recovering
Connect mental tools to your technical practice and tournament schedule
Each session builds on the last, with adjustments made based on your real golf experiences.
To maintain momentum, most players schedule sessions:
every 1 to 2 weeks during competitive season
weekly during periods of intense training
bi weekly during off season or maintenance phases
You may book all sessions at once to secure preferred times or schedule them individually based on availability.
